Walk Across Haldimand Challenge

Haldimand Health & Wellness Programs is encouraging people to take charge of their own good health, to increase their level of activity and have fun at the same time with our Walk Across Haldimand Challenge. This year, the Walk Across Haldimand Challenge was very successful. Many people participated and received their prizes.

We look forward to seeing you all again next year to see how many times you can walk across Haldimand next summer by recording your daily walking distance!

How Walk Across Haldimand Works: 

      1. Register at the Health Cottage (322 Broad Street West). It's FREE!

2. Record your distance / steps on your daily log sheet (28 mapped routes included with your registration package).

3. Tally your total distance for each week.

4. In mid-September 2012 (dates to be determined), bring your completed log to our office and claim your prizes! (Given on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last)

3 Trips (186km): Water Bottle
4 Trips (248km): T-shirt
5 Trips (310km): Carrying Pack
