2009 Fundraising
In 2006, your Foundation began raising the funds needed to construct a two storey Primary Health Care Centre to house our newly appointed Haldimand Family Health Team. We are excited by the fact that we were among the first fifty-two sites awarded a Family Health Team and are confident that this new method of delivering healthcare services to our community will be a positive move toward attracting health care professionals to our beautiful community.
In 2009 , we will continue to work towards the goal of raising the funds necessary to build the construction of the Primary Healthcare Centre.
