CT SCANNER APPROVAL!
The Foundation is thrilled to announce that we have has just taken on a new fundraising project for the Haldimand War Memorial Hospital. The hospital awaits the arrival of a CT Scanner for use in the Diagnostic Imaging department.
Dunnville and the surrounding area is very fortunate to have such a well established hospital so close to home. The Doctors, Surgeons, Paramedics, Nurses and Support Staff at the Haldimand War Memorial Hospital make the hospital as great as it is today; this is why the Foundation is so excited to take on this new fundraising project!
The 2011 Trees of Hope Campaign is going to be the first step towards raising the funds needed for the CT Scanner. All monies from the campaign will be directed to this.
With the help of our community, we are convinced that this project is going to be an investment in a healthier future for us all!

NATHAN HORTON SUPPORTS THE DUNNVILLE HOSPITAL!
On July 17th Nathan Horton brought the Stanely Cup to Dunnville. It was a great day full of excitement and fun. At approximately 12:30p.m. Nathan rolled up to Central Park in Dunnville with his frends and family, and the crowd of thousands cheered. The town was decorated in Black & Yellow for Nathan's arrival, with banners, bows and street signs.
It was Nathan Horton himself who requested that all of the proceeds made from this event go to the Dunnville Hospital & Healthcare Foundation. Signed Boston Bruins Jersey's, Flags, and Banners were brought to the event to be raffled off. A BBQ took place as well as Face Painting of the Boston Bruins logo for the kids. The day was a huge success and we raised nearly $12,000.00!! The Foundation is very pleased with the event and is thankful for Nathan's support!
